If you prefer the structure of group fitness classes, The Power Center offers an array of training programs. Each individual trainer brings their own style to each workout, which aims to take care of your body, mind and spirit. While some workouts can be intense, they’re made for people at every level of fitness. Classes typically have anywhere from 10 to 30 people. We also offer our own variation of HIIT workouts – high-intensity interval training. These classes push participants hard before coming down and then going back up.
